Erin has an extensive background in fashion and retail. She opened Nordstrom downtown Indy in 1995. In 1996, Erin made a lateral move to Dallas and opened Nordstrom Galleria. Within the next ten years, she married Cody and had two boys, Sterling and Jackson. Erin and the boys moved back to Indianapolis in 2005 where she worked in other boutiques. Erin knew there could be more to Indy's fashion scene and in 2009 she opened 8FIFTEEN to bring fresh and unique fashion to Indianapolis.
